Welcome to KalshiSpy. By accessing or using the KalshiSpy app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
KalshiSpy provides whale-tracking analytics and market-consensus intelligence tailored to Kalshi prediction markets, including one-tap deep-links into Kalshi's trading interface. Please note that our services do not guarantee profitable trading results, and trading involves inherent risks. Some plans also include programmatic access for AI assistants and agents, described in Section 9.
Access to KalshiSpy is sold as a digital service. When your payment is confirmed your account is upgraded and the full service — live whale positions, consensus analytics, alerts, one-tap deep-links and, on eligible plans, AI/API access — is delivered to you immediately and in full. KalshiSpy does not offer free trials.
All purchases are final. KalshiSpy does not offer refunds, credits or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to unused or partially used subscription periods, dissatisfaction with the data or with trading outcomes, forgetting to cancel before a renewal, purchasing the wrong plan, or ceasing to use the service. This applies equally to monthly subscriptions (Premium and Elite LLM Access) and to the one-time Lifetime plan. The only exception is where a refund is required by applicable law, in which case we will provide the refund the law requires and no more.
Immediate delivery and waiver of withdrawal rights. By completing a purchase you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content and service immediately, before any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period would otherwise expire, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any right of withdrawal or of cancellation with a refund that might otherwise apply under consumer law in your jurisdiction, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This acknowledgement is displayed and accepted at checkout.
Chargebacks. Because you accept this policy before paying, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge validly made under these Terms is a breach of these Terms. We will contest such disputes using the records we keep — including the version of these Terms in force on the day of the charge, your checkout acknowledgement, and your account's activity record — and we may suspend or terminate the disputing account and refuse future service. If you believe a charge is a genuine error, such as a duplicate charge, contact us at contact@kalshispy.com first and we will correct billing mistakes promptly.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, as described in Section 8. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.
KalshiSpy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data and analysis provided. Use of our analysis and trading-mirror tools is at your own risk.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to trading. KalshiSpy shall not be held liable for any breaches of law or regulation by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KalshiSpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or trading losses incurred by users.
Users must create an account to access the app’s features. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your login details confidential. KalshiSpy is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to unsecured login credentials.
Premium and Elite LLM Access are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize KalshiSpy, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method at each renewal. Promotional pricing applies only while the subscription remains continuously active and the promotion remains in force; a cancelled subscription re-subscribes at the list price current at that time. You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then, and no amount already charged is refunded. All payments are governed by the no-refund policy in Section 3. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment and does not renew.
Some plans (currently Elite LLM Access and Lifetime) include programmatic access to KalshiSpy data through personal API tokens, an MCP server and an OpenAPI interface (together, "API Access"), so that you can use KalshiSpy from AI assistants and agents such as ChatGPT, Claude or Claude Code.
Personal use. API tokens are issued to your account for your own use. You must keep them confidential and must not share, sell, sublicense or publish them, embed them in a shared or public tool, or use them to supply KalshiSpy data to third parties. You are responsible for everything done with your tokens.
Fair use and allowances. API Access is subject to fair-use limits. Each plan carries a daily request allowance that we may set, change or reduce at any time to protect the service; the Lifetime allowance is lower than the Elite LLM Access allowance. Requests beyond the allowance may be rejected or slowed. Allowances are not a promise of any particular volume, and unused allowance does not carry over or entitle you to a credit or refund.
You may not use API Access to:
Suspension and revocation. We may revoke any token, throttle or suspend API Access, or remove API Access from a plan, immediately and without notice where we reasonably believe it is being abused, shared or used in breach of this Section, or where necessary to protect the service. Revocation for abuse does not entitle you to a refund.
AI output is not advice. Anything an AI assistant or agent produces using KalshiSpy data — summaries, rankings, suggestions, trade ideas or predictions — is generated by that third-party system from analytics we provide, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is not financial, investment or trading advice from KalshiSpy. We do not control third-party AI platforms and are not responsible for their availability, their output, or how they store what you send them. All trading decisions are yours.
Availability. API Access is provided "as is", may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time, and is covered by the disclaimers and limitations in Sections 4 and 6.
All content, features, and services provided by KalshiSpy, including whale-tracking analytics and one-tap deep-link tools, are the property of KalshiSpy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KalshiSpy and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms of Service.
KalshiSpy may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on those sites, and you access them at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of KalshiSpy after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
KalshiSpy is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way related to Kalshi Inc. Any references to Kalshi markets are for informational purposes only.
