KalshiSpy provides whale-tracking analytics and market-consensus intelligence tailored to Kalshi prediction markets, including one-tap deep-links into Kalshi's trading interface. Please note that our services do not guarantee profitable trading results, and trading involves inherent risks.

3. Free Trial

KalshiSpy offers a free trial period of less than one week. Once the trial ends, users will be billed based on their subscription plan. No refunds are offered once the subscription is billed.

4. No Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability

KalshiSpy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data and analysis provided. Use of our analysis and trading-mirror tools is at your own risk.

• Loss or damages from using our analysis or trading-mirror tools.
• Hardware or software failures of any kind.
• Lost or unavailable network connections or technical interruptions.

5. User Responsibility and Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to trading. KalshiSpy shall not be held liable for any breaches of law or regulation by users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KalshiSpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or trading losses incurred by users.

7. Account Registration and Security

Users must create an account to access the app’s features. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your login details confidential. KalshiSpy is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to unsecured login credentials.

8. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You agree to allow KalshiSpy to charge the applicable fees. We do not offer refunds after the free trial. You may cancel anytime, but the cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and services provided by KalshiSpy, including whale-tracking analytics and one-tap deep-link tools, are the property of KalshiSpy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KalshiSpy and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

KalshiSpy may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on those sites, and you access them at your own risk.
